This page is dedicated to the memory of Kiya, our beautiful foundation bitch. We owe her so much, and are eternally grateful for all she did for us. Always calm and self assured, gentle and loving. She gave blood several times at the practice where I work to help save other dogs, never having to be sedated just patiently waiting while it was done. She was great fun in the show ring, always putting on a performance, and loving every second of the attention. A fantastic mother to her children.  A loyal dog, who we will never forget, and whose memory will live on in her children, grandchildren and now her great grandchildren.

We love you Kiya.

 Kiya is the foundation of the Carsal Kennel.  She is everything you could want in a foundation bitch, she has excellent hip and elbow scores, and is eye tested as unaffected. She has a fantastic temperament, very calm and stable.

  She is well constructed with good bone, dark eyes, dark pigment, well angulated and moves like a dream. Kiya is now retired from the show ring, but she gained her Stud Book Number back in 2003, qualifying her for entry to CRUFTS for life.  She has stamped her mark on progeny, and paves the way for her sons and daughters in the show ring.  Kiya is now a proud Grandma, to Bailey, Bronte and Corals children!
